Cancellation Policy
Cancellations must be made at least 48 hours in advance to receive a full refund for makeup services. If a cancellation occurs within 48 hours of the appointment, a portion of the fee may be retained. For custom sewing projects or alterations, cancellations should also be made as early as possible, and any work already started may incur additional charges. I understand that life happens, and I’m happy to work with you, but kindly ask for as much notice as possible so I can accommodate other clients. Your understanding and cooperation are greatly appreciated.
Deposits & Payments
Payments for makeup services require a deposit to secure your booking, with the remaining balance due on the day of the service. For custom sewing projects and alterations, full payment is expected upon completion of the work. If additional changes or adjustments are requested after the final approval, extra charges may apply. I accept various payment methods for your convenience, and all payments must be made prior to the delivery or completion of services. The deposit is non-refundable in case of cancellation within 48 hours of the appointment. Your cooperation in adhering to these payment terms ensures a smooth and efficient process for everyone involved.
